Skiing

I have “always” skied. Going to the mountains for skiing – telemark, backcountry, alpine skiing on and off the piste – has been my way to find inner peace for as long as I can remember.
When I went to university I part-time worked as a ski instructor, helping small children learn how to ski after completing a ski instructor course at a local outdoors association. Several years later, when my own children started to ski competitive as young, I voluntarily helped out at their club -Swedens biggest competitive ski club (Huddinge SK) as a “help-trainer” which grew into becoming a coach, getting a club trainer certification from the Swedish Ski Team (SATU 1 certificate) and spending lots of hours on hard pistes adjusting fine details in the children’s skiing technique.

Now, having learnt so much more about other parts of training, and combining that with good and healthy nutrition I have lots to offer for any none professional skier. I can tailor make a pre-season program, I can advice on “getting fit” for the ski season, and I can teach you, your family or your kids to ski, or I can offer ski analyse/improvement including using video analysing.
